Located in the heart of Toronto’s financial district, First Canadian Place is a Canadian landmark. Standing 72-storeys high, the building remains Canada’s tallest office tower.
As a combined entity, Altus Group’s involvement with First Canadian Place spans 36 years. Project involvement began in 1970, five years prior to completion of the building in 1975. Spanning 48 city blocks, West Edmonton Mall is a retail and entertainment landmark. Not only is the project the world's largest entertainment and shopping centre, but it is considered Alberta's number one tourist attraction. Features of the project include over 800 stores and services, more than 100 eating establishments, plus eight world-class attractions and a world-class hotel.

| Absolute World - the “Marilyn Monroe” |

This unique Mississauga high-rise condominium is designed to mirror Marilyn Monroe’s iconic figure. This 56-storey human shape condominium, part of a 5-tower condominium community in the heart of downtown Mississauga, borders a valley on one side and a major shopping centre on the other. The floor plate rotates 360 degrees from bottom to top. Absolute World’s two buildings are designed to compliment each other. Altus Group has provided the full range of services from concept cost analysis and cost planning to project monitoring. The biggest challenge of this project was the unique floor shape which rotates at each level. THE RESULT
Once completed, the Absolute World tower will be the tallest building in Mississauga and one of the most distinctive buildings dotting the city’s skyline. KEY DATA
