City Place

Prominently located on the former railway lands of Toronto’s downtown waterfront area, Concorde Adex’s CityPlace is the city’s largest planned urban community.

Altus Group has been involved with the project since 1999, continuing to provide cost consulting, realty tax and valuation service as the community expands.

First Canadian Place

Located in the heart of Toronto’s financial district, First Canadian Place is a Canadian landmark. Standing 72-storeys high, the building remains Canada’s tallest office tower.

As a combined entity, Altus Group’s involvement with First Canadian Place spans 36 years.
Project involvement began in 1970, five years prior to completion of the building in 1975.

West Edmonton Mall

Spanning 48 city blocks, West Edmonton Mall is a retail and entertainment landmark. Not only is the project the world's largest entertainment and shopping centre, but it is considered Alberta's number one tourist attraction. Features of the project include over 800 stores and services, more than 100 eating establishments, plus eight world-class attractions and a world-class hotel.

Altus’ involvement with project began in 1981 and has continued to evolve, meeting the project’s needs as they arise.

Absolute World - the “Marilyn Monroe”

This unique Mississauga high-rise condominium is designed to mirror Marilyn Monroe’s iconic figure. This 56-storey human shape condominium, part of a 5-tower condominium community in the heart of downtown Mississauga, borders a valley on one side and a major shopping centre on the other. The floor plate rotates 360 degrees from bottom to top. Absolute World’s two buildings are designed to compliment each other.
